What is the notice period?

Beyond the minimum rental period of 2 months the required notice is 1 month.

When is the rental payment due?

Storage rental is due on the 1st of each month in advance.

Do you accept credit card payments?

No we don't sorry, payments are made to us via direct bank payments and automatic payments.

Is there a bond?

Yes, we charge a bond which starts at $100 for our standard size units.

Can I work in the units?

No, the units are for storage only and cannot be worked in.

What is the access like for backing a trailer?

The access is very good for trailers, trucks etc.

What hours are you open?

The units can be accessed by customers 24/7 and we meet people by appointment only normally during business hours.

What security do you have?

We have a range of security measures in place including security gates and lighting, CCTV, alarms on most units and a guard patrol.
